    The Birkenhof is located on the country road between Simmern and Kastellaun. An upscale restaurant and hotel with its own cattle farm. The starting point and parking area for hikers on the Klingelfloß Dream Loop.

          Good and tasty, but not (anymore) very cheap.😉 Nevertheless, you should be happy that such a restaurant still exists in the Hunsrück and is doing quite well. You should just look at the Simmern town center.. 😏
