      Ascent to the Taubenseehütte was not recorded, but also the way there is recommended, as well as the hut and the descent on the Taubensee to Frankenalm; good food and delicious cakes were the reward! We recommend!

              The tour from Hinterwössen is awesome for those hot, dry summer days. The path leads up and down the north side of the mountain and the two climbs were quite dry and easy to walk. The lake itself is not cold, so make sure to pack your bathing suit with you!

                You can not completely circle the Taubensee, the path is only along one side. But this way is very nice and especially the children have fun climbing over rocks and roots.
