                      The Mordaualm is located directly on the Ramsauer Almerlebnisweg in the Bavarian Lattengebirge not far from the town of Berchtesgaden. The Almerlebnisweg, which leads not only to the Mordaualm but also to the Lattenbergalm (1,457 m) and the Moosenalm (1,402 m) and provides information on the history of the individual alpine pastures using 13 interesting information boards, is particularly popular with hikers.

                      The Mordaualm is also passed by as part of the Schmuckenstein circuit; this hike is a real insider tip. Mountain bikers also get their money's worth on tour number 13, the so-called Mordaualm circuit.
