    The road is currently closed (July 8th - September 6th, 2024). A diversion will be set up. This leads from the Wiestal Landesstraße junction / Strubklamm Straße junction via Ebenau to Faistenau with the option of taking the Strubklammstraße.

      Beautiful, narrow street along the Strubklamm - a canyon-like valley between Hintersee and Wiestal. Caution should be exercised through the tunnel, as some drivers do not expect cyclists.
      For die-hard cyclists, the road is a highlight in winter, too.

            The up to 100m deep Strubklamm is in summer as in winter an impressive natural spectacle. A hiking trail does not lead through, from the wheel you can watch wonderful as the Almbach squeezes through huge rock formations.

                                  Caution is advised here: tunnels tend to be clogged, constant play of light and shadow - and motorcycles, sports cars, mobile homes, etc. squeeze through the gorge in both directions --- which may be ok on weekdays, but also fine on Sundays with lots of pedestrians and cyclists annoying....
