The cultural landscape park Upper Werratal includes the three municipalities Belrieth, Vachdorf and Leutersdorf.
Together, they cherish the vision of becoming a center of attraction for tourism and the green economy as part of the model project "Regional Development in Rural Areas".
The cultural-historical development of the villages, the largely untouched nature of the environment and last but not least the convenient transport connections are positive prerequisites and starting points for the realization of this vision.
