Here was an adventure trail created around the lakes, which is worth to walk. Pure nature and not overrun. Even more a secret tip ;-) The circular route is about 6km long and nice to walk on Sunday afternoon.

The Altrhein adventure trail leads around the Eicher Altrheinsee; very nice and informative circular route with several information boards and observation houses. The many jetties offer wonderful photo opportunities, but some of them are already quite dilapidated and should therefore be taken with caution.
