The Tine, Husum's secret landmark, stands on the base of the market fountain built in 1902. Created by the Husum-born sculptor Adolf Brütt, the bronze figure depicts a young fisherman's wife in wooden shoes. The Tine in Husum commemorates two benefactors of the city: Catharina Asmussen and Friedrich Woldsen, from whose names the short form for the figure is derived. It is known as the "Tine Fountain", but the market fountain with the imposing lady is actually called the Asmussen-Woldsen Monument.

Fountain from 1902, it shows a fisherman's wife with an oar in her right hand and wooden shoes on her feet. On the inside of the fountain there are fish and ox heads as symbols of Husum's most important economic factors, at least in the past.
The symbolism of the figure is intended to refer to an old woman who set her house on fire to save the people of Husum from the impending danger of a flood.
