The predecessor of the St. Anna Chapel, at the former infirmary at the south exit of the city at the litter, was still in late Gothic times up. This chapel was destroyed in the Thirty Years' War. A new building in the 17th Century was then replaced by the current neo-Gothic chapel of 1866.
The Laurentius Chapel in front of the city, donated as a hospital church in 1349, was destroyed in the Thirty Years' War, while the Nikolauskapelle from the 15th Century, once the family funeral of the Lords of Bibra, 1791 was canceled.
