You can take your bicycle on the C-train, just be mindful of the time of day, in rush hour bikes aren't allowed. Other than that, you don't need an extra ticket for your bicycle. And it can make it very comfortable to be able to start your tour from somewhere further away, or cut your way home short, by getting on the train somewhere else...
