The Küchensee and the Great Ratzeburg Lake surround the island town of Ratzeburg, which can be reached via the Lüneburger Damm, the Kleinbahndamm and the Königsdamm. A child-friendly bathing area, stone-free bathing ground, a 60-meter-long bathing jetty, a bathing island, sanitary facilities and changing rooms are available, as well as a small playground with a bathing area and a kiosk. The free parking spaces are located at the entrance to the bathing area.
