The natural pool, which opened in 2009, offers an ideal opportunity to cool off during a walk, hike, bike ride or Nordic walking tour.

Water treading has a refreshing effect and strengthens the circulation and immune system. This, Bad Berka's second Kneipp treading pool, is located next to Carl-Alexander-Platz, in the middle of the idyllic forest valley of the Dammbachsgrund.

Stamping point in Dammbachsgrund:
Since October 2022 you can also collect stamps in Thuringia🤗.
The corresponding booklets are available as tour booklets (with the corresponding hiking routes), as pure stamp booklets and as kids booklets (children's/family tours with puzzles and coloring pictures) in many tourist information centers.
Of course, you can hike to earn different badges over time.
