This is the starting point for all 4 Cork City Walks. The easiest way to find it is to look for the McDonald's. It's straight out the doors of both O'Brien's Sandwiches and the Three store. They are easy to turn into loops by simply returning to the sign, and will give you a solid tour of the entire city. Short detours will also take you to even more sites and delicious food options.

Daunt Square is a popular destination for walking and relaxing. The square is surrounded by many shops, restaurants and cafes perfect for shopping and dining. There is also plenty of seating and green space perfect for relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere.

Daunt Square is also an important cultural site in Cork. The square is a symbol of the city's history and culture and has witnessed many historical events and ceremonies. In the center of the square is a statue of former Mayor Richard Daunt, commemorating his contribution to the city.
