산악자전거 라이딩
I drove it away from Tarvisio to Venzone 2 years ago with work colleagues! Dream day and, as I said, quite fresh in the tunnel! Stopping at the old train station in Malborghet is recommended, as you can see and marvel at the characteristic style buildings of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy!
A stop can also be recommended in the former Chiusaforte train station!
If you drive there from Austria, you can take the MICOTRA train back to Villach in the evening! Timetable can be seen on the ÖBB website!

This is a very long tunnel placed on the old railway (actually cycleway "Alpe Adria Radweg") between Moggio Udinese and Resiutta. The lights will switch on automatically, when you'll arrive near the entrance. Be careful, it's windy and a little cold always, by night it could be too cold in summer too
