In the Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest you'll find a series of trails for both walkers and mountain bikers, including blue, red and black-rated trails, as well as a skills area.

There's a great cafe and shop here, and you can watch the daily red kite feeding, which attracts up to 150 of these marvellous raptors.

산악자전거 라이딩

A great selection of waymarked mountain bike trails. From a fun new blue trail through to the long Syfydryn trail which takes you out over exposed hills and ancient tracks. There are some classic old school sections of singletrack. 'Mark of Zorro', 'The Italian Job', 'Hippity Hop' and 'High as a Kite' are particular highlights.
