The church of St. Jacob the elderly on Resnik (932 m above sea level) stands in this place most probably since the middle of the 15th century and is by its size the smallest church in the horse decanas. The legend says that the church of St. Jacob placed Celje Counts as a hunting chapel, but there is no evidence of this. The historical fact is that until the year 1890 the church stood in the middle of a larch forest, which is no longer today. The parish chronicle also reports on the statue of St. Jacob, who was kept in the line by the altar and was "terribly ugly." In processions he was worn on a drug instead of a cross. About this sculpture and some such procession, the folk poet Yuri Vodovnik from Skomar swooped in the wit: "It was done with St. Jakob."
