500 g dried pears, a little raw sugar, 1 pinch of cloves and cinnamon powder, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp cherry
CREAM CREAM 2 dl cream, 2 dl cream curd, 1 egg tapped, a little cinnamon powder and nutmeg, a little sugar, possibly vanilla sugar
PREPARATION
Soak dried pears for a few hours, then shrink them with a chopper or hand blender. Mix the mass with the other ingredients; be careful to keep it moist. Put the dough ingredients together and knead into a dough.

Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet. Spread the Schlorzimasse evenly on it. Pour the cream icing over it so that the whole Schlorzi mass is covered. Bake in the oven on the bottom groove at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes until the cast is lightly browned.
