Parish Church of SS. Nicolò and Severo di Bardolino.
Mentioned in a deed of Berengario from 983, rebuilt and enlarged at the beginning of the 12th century, it became a parish church but later fell into disrepair for a long time until the mid-18th century when the confreres of the Holy Sacrament settled there : They saved the building from total decay, but made a series of interventions, the most notable of which was the demolition of the main apse to make room for a larger rectangular choir.

The eastern end of the elongated Piazza Matteotti in Bardolino, which extends from the harbor, is dominated by the neoclassical facade of the church of Santi Nicolò e Severo, built in the 1830s. The church has a cross-shaped floor plan, the altar is spanned by a hemispherical vault, the ceiling fresco showing the triumphant Christ.
