하이킹
There are three bathing springs and two drinking springs in Kudowa. Here you will find one of the drinking sources and if you like, you can fill up a bottle of water.
The healing properties of the springs have been known since the 1580s and at the end of the 18th century the "Sauerbrunnen" from Kudowa was even delivered in bottles to Brandenburg, Silesia and Bohemia and sold in Berlin pharmacies for home drinking cures. It should help against hardening of the arteries, Graves' disease, blood diseases, states of exhaustion and many other diseases and ailments.

An all-year-round outdoor pump room for mineral water (sorrel, hydrocarbons, soda and calcium) taken from the K -200 well. The building is located at the main park alley is covered with a shed resembling the shape of a spider.
