The "Waldeslust" Inn in Hamfelde has been serving guests since 1873.

Four comfortably furnished dining rooms and the traditional hall offer the perfect ambiance for every occasion. The idyllic surroundings of the Hahnheide, with its many beautiful hiking trails and the Hahnheide observation tower, are perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner.

There's no shortage of things to do for younger guests. Besides the fantastic children's playground, the highlight for many is the 24-hectare animal enclosure directly adjacent to the inn. In the warm summer months, the spacious garden terraces are open, where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the animal enclosure with coffee and cake.

From my own experience, I can highly recommend the Waldeslust Inn.

The atmosphere is cozy and friendly.

When tour buses arrive, things unfortunately get a bit hectic.
