As early as 1976, the "Neunburger Yacht Club" was founded, which immediately initiated structural measures and built a boat system on the banks. But also among the anglers, the lake, which by the way is spanned by the longest state road bridge in Bavaria, has become an insider tip because of its outstanding fish population. With great effort, the "fishing Neunburg vorm forest" receives the species richness of this water. For the friends of water sports and for sunbathers the reservoir offers equally unimagined possibilities.
