      Very nice pass in the Vosges. Above is a spring with drinking water (a bit hidden behind the house). Comfortable slope, briefly between 9-11%. Conveniently passable on both sides and as a transition to the Route des Cretes or in the direction of LaBresse / Remiremont.

                Apart from the monument, the sign with the name and a handwritten height indication and a small shelter, the pass itself offers nothing else that makes a nice pass - no view, as it is in the middle of the forest; no increase to the highest point - it's just relatively unspectacular the highest point of the street.
                In contrast to the "summit", the road itself offers beautiful views, exciting curves and nature far away from the main traffic routes. Exactly what you want if you don't have high expectations of the "highlight" itself.
