The Billionth Barrel Monument is located close to the Seria Well # 1, commemorating the production of the billionth barrel of crude oil from this well in 1991 since its discovery in 1929. Some of the nodding donkeys surrounding the monuments are still in operation! From the Monument, one could catch glimpses of a few offshore rigs.
