    In honor of the Guelphs: the prince monument in Langenrehm, in the municipality of Rosengarten, commemorates the three Guelph princes of the electoral-royal family who ruled Braunschweig-Lüneburg from 1235 and the Hanover region between 1705 and 1866.

            The prince monument Langerehm is located in the district of Harburg on the K26 between the towns of Langenrehm and Sieversen. In Langenrehm, where the Heidschnuckenweg intersects with the K26, it is about 400 m to the left in the direction of Sieversen.

            In the truest sense of the word, the monument is of outstanding importance for Welf history in the district of Harburg and in the entire Lower Elbe region. It was built by Heinrich Seckerdieck, a Langensalza fighter (German civil war June 27, 1866) on the initiative of the Hanover Club Harburg in 1876. The club disbanded in the late 1970s. An association was founded on April 29, 2011 to preserve and restore the monument.
