Risen Nature Reserve is a beautiful landscape located on the edge of the village of Genarp in Skåne. This popular recreational area offers a mix of open grazing pastures (fälad), ancient solitary oak trees, and wetlands, making it a fantastic, varied hike through classic Scanian scenery.
It is particularly renowned for its rich flora, including blooming pasqueflowers in spring and rare orchids in the damper sections, as well as its year-round population of grazing cattle and horses.
