Currently (September 2020) the gorge can only be crossed by swimming just before the gorge exit. Since we could only provisionally determine the depth to> 1.5m by "poking with a stick" and the distance to swim in the brown broth is probably about 10-15m, we decided to go back. This was the "point of return". Still highly recommended if you want to climb and crack on the rock.

At low tide you can get through dry, but a bath to cool off is a recommendation!
