There are many Franconian half-timbered houses, some of which have been lovingly renovated, in Mürsbach. I like it, but my area of expertise is Franconian inns. I only know two of the three inns in Mürsbach, but they are all the better for that. The Black Eagle is an insider tip for nostalgics. The kitchen provides original Franconian home cooking at its finest, a disappointment for some who only know "SchniPo", and a revelation for people who also want to try something out. My second tip is the tan. Since the youth of the Schmitt family took over the brewhouse, in addition to the classics "cellar beer and wheat beer", new, creative beers such as pale ale or the Hopblümla have been brewed and served a session IPA. It is definitely worth planning a stop here, but take your time. Nedd hezzn, right. Information in advance at sonnen-braeu.de
