The Gnarrenburg campsite is an idyllic place for nature lovers and camping enthusiasts in the heart of the North German countryside. The site offers a total of 90 pitches for day and long-term campers, as well as 50 pitches for tents, mobile homes and caravans. Three fully furnished rental caravans are also available. These are ideal for guests who want to arrive without their own camping equipment and offer amenities such as flat screen TVs, coffee machines, toasters and much more.
The campsite is located on the edge of the forest and offers direct access to hiking and cycling trails, including the “Eichholz / Franzhorn” northern path. The nearby forest outdoor pool provides refreshment on hot days. Dogs are welcome at the campsite and can be brought along free of charge, which makes the site particularly attractive for dog owners.
There are numerous excursion destinations and activities in the area. The Moorexpress, a historic railway line, connects Gnarrenburg with Bremen, Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Bremervörde and Stade and offers an attractive way to explore the region. Other attractions such as the Huvenhoopsmoor nature reserve and the Vörder See nature and adventure park invite you to explore.
