In 2002 the Buck hut was built in 2000 voluntary work hours by the helpers from Elbenschwand and other communities of the Little Wiesental. With additional 500 hours then the additional generous facility with fountain, barbecue and toilet facility was created. The hut is cared for by a hutkeeper and can be reserved at the community Kleines Wiesental-Elbenschwand by phone (07629/1395). For groups (due to wood consumption and waste disposal) will be charged in the future ten euros per reservation. From the 1st of November to the end of March, the cabin is not maintained and the water is also turned off. Access and use are at your own risk during this period.
