Lovely approach road with a rewarding dead end finish. Good tarmac up to the lighthouse entry gate. Good place for a picnic or simply enjoy the view.

This beautiful lighthouse is located at the very end of the Eye Peninsula, also known as "Point." Built in 1900 and automated in 1985, it is now privately owned.
There's a small parking lot 300 meters from the tower, intended for hikers.
There are a few picnic benches here, as it's said to be a fantastic place to observe seals, sea turtles, dolphins, and seabirds. Even whales have been spotted.
It's all a matter of luck, but be sure to bring a good pair of binoculars!
