    Beautiful, even if not long! Nevertheless, the walk down this wonderful gorge back to the Dörsbach was worth it!

      Wild and romantic narrow brook valley which extends from Attenhausen to Dörsbach in Jammertal. Very steep path. Good physical condition and good shoes are a prerequisite. I couldn't find out why this route is called "19 holes". A little insider tip.

              Steep path over rocks and steps along a small stream with many interesting little waterfalls, gullies and pools in the slate - hence the name 19 holes.

                Very nice tour! Only the altitude given is not correct... in reality it is about 350 meters uphill and downhill.
                It took me 1:30 to complete the tour - but I walked quickly and without any breaks.

                            You should exercise caution when wet. I would also recommend walking the gorge from bottom to top, so you always have an overview of the gorge. If you're a bit afraid of unsecured routes, it's easier this way.

                              This 19-hole gorge is a challenging tour, but it is wonderful. It is not without danger and the information says that you should do it at your own risk. No special equipment is required, but you should be in good shape. Despite everything, it is a lovely hike.
