Very nice beer garden with lots of shady places. The prices are ok and there is a playground for children. There are also plenty of drinking bowls for dogs at the dog bar. The dog bar bowls are cleaned regularly and filled with fresh water. A good refreshment or break for a hike or other sport.

Restaurant in winter, shady beer garden in summer. The Aumeister Beer Garden on the northern edge of the English Garden is a delightful place for a drink and a bite under the shade of chestnut trees.
