The abdicated German Emperor Wilhelm II spent his exile in the small castle "Haus Doorn" from 1920 and was buried there in 1941 in the neighboring mausoleum. We can warmly recommend the German-speaking tour through the small castle to everyone - it was a very humorous journey back in time!

Huis Doorn is a castle, knight's manor and estate on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug in Doorn in the Dutch province of Utrecht and is best known for the German ex-emperor Wilhelm II, who lived there from 1920 until his death in 1941.
