The "Glockenseck" is a special sandstone rock around which the legend goes: In Gleina once lived a rich, but hard-hearted farmer named Bells. When an old sick beggar begged him for a piece of bread, the farmer rushed his dogs at him. In the agony of death, the beggar cursed the peasant "... your stinginess is to ruin you, and neither by day nor by night shall you find peace". This curse never left the peasant's mind, and he was always worried that thieves might steal something from the farm or fields. One night, when he set out with his horses to look in the fields for the right, there was a heavy thunderstorm.
