Paramonov warehouses.
One of the few Rostov-on-Don landmarks that have survived since pre-revolutionary times.
Located on the city's main embankment, at its very beginning.
In June 2025, an episode of the movie "One Blood" was filmed here (judging by the props, it's from WWII).
This place can still be visited relatively freely (not counting the torn barrier ribbons and broken doors).
You can get to the warehouse area from below, from the embankment, or from above, from Sedova Street, by going down the stairs to the right of the building of the Institute of Water Transport.
