The village church was built in the second quarter of the 13th century in Romanesque style, later was a reconstruction in the Gothic Revival style. Striking is the high quality of the block masonry. It is a hall building with a square choir and a round apse. The west tower was built in 1577, it was partly built of field stone, partly from timber-framed. During the Thirty Years' War, the church was looted. From 1882 to 1883, the church was renovated. On June 23, 1882, the tower collapsed during construction, two workers died. In the years 1995 to 1998, the church was last renovated. The church is a monument.
