My start was in Mixnitz.
To collect altitude you should cross the Heuberg, but you lose at the exit 200Hm again. The driveway to the red wall parking lot and on to the Thyrnauer Hütte is already a decent piece of knitwear, but is compensated by the beautiful views. The rest stop at the hut and the nice host people is a must!
Departure to Teichalm and a short climb to the Breitalm, from then it`s in rapid driving down in the Breitenau. St. Erhard and St. Jakob you should already "take away", is worth seeing! From the small grave chapel of the Schaffer dynasty just above the road you have a beautiful view of the Hochlantsch and the Schaffer-Gut. s. Photo!
In Mixnitz then the circle closes. No easy but rewarding tour.
