At this small hiking car park with parking space you have a beautiful view of the Lauvhøgdi landscape conservation area and the old farm houses at the foot of the mountain
Especially in the evening light, when only the top of the opposite mountain is illuminated, you have a magical view here and, unlike in nearby Austbygde with Sandviken beach, you are mostly alone.
