Last weekend, I rode my touring bicycle up to Fraser’s Hill — a ride I’ve been wanting to do for a while. Starting from Kuala Kubu Bharu early in the morning, the journey took me through scenic routes by the Sungai Selangor dam, with cool mountain air and winding climbs.
The uphill stretch was tough, especially with a loaded touring bike, but the views made it all worth it. I took a short break at Jeriau Waterfall, soaking in the sound of nature before pushing on to the top.
At the peak, the air was crisp and cool. I stopped by the iconic Clock Tower, explored the flower garden, and climbed the watchtower at The Paddock for a stunning panoramic view. It was a challenging but rewarding ride — one I’d gladly do again!
