The Crocetta Pass (also known as the Crocetta Pass) is a mountain pass in the Catena Costiera (Costa Rica) in the province of Cosenza, Calabria. It connects the Crati Valley to the east with the Tyrrhenian coast to the west and is located at an altitude of 979 meters above sea level. The pass is located on the border between the municipalities of San Fili and San Lucido and is accessible by roads from San Fili, Paola, and the hamlet of Torremezzo di Falconara Albanese.

🥾 Hiking and Cycling
The Crocetta Pass is a popular starting point for hiking and cycling tours in the region. A well-known route leads from the pass over the Serra delle Fonde (1,183 m) and Monte Luta (1,231 m) to the Croce di Paola (1,158 m). This route offers impressive views of the Crati Valley and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The pass is also part of the Sentiero Italia, a long-distance hiking trail that crosses the whole of Italy. The stage from Passo della Crocetta to the Caserma Forestale di Cinquemiglia is approximately 17 km long and leads through diverse vegetation zones, from beech and oak forests to Mediterranean flora.
