The church stands on a small hill at the western end of the village, overlooking its main street. The church was built in 1902 from brick, the base, beams and a number of decorative details are white stone, the platbands are covered with cement plaster, the domes are wooden, covered with iron. To the northwest of the bell tower, a brick gatehouse of the same era has been preserved. To the south of the church are white stone tombstones from a cemetery that used to be here. A unique example of church construction at the turn of the century in the Russian style.
