This campsite sits just outside one of the most photographed places in Illinois, the undeniably beautiful Garden of the Gods. The campground is walk-in only and first-come, first-serve, with pretty views out over the hillsides around you — but not so much of the outrageous rock formations that make Garden of the Gods so interesting. For that, you'll have to take a short walk to the garden itself.
