The forest track passes the turnoff at the Las Casillas summit, which you leave on the right side of the path, and shortly afterward, a fork appears. The ruts on the left descend toward Ciño Negro and Escaleruela, but first, follow the path on the right to the end of the ruts, which end at the edge of the moor next to some rocks that form an extraordinary natural balcony overlooking the Tagus River canyon, in the La Falaguera section, and much of the Alto Tajo Natural Park. One option to continue the route is to return to the previous turnoff (400 m) and turn right. Alternatively, leave the natural viewpoint cross-country to the southwest (150 m) and connect directly with the forest track that descends through the Umbrielas ravine.
