It is still under construction (3/2019) but this year the extravagant building is to be opened. It then houses an underground car park with almost 400 parking spaces and a parking space for about 1500 bicycles. On the upper floors are the Public Library, as well as some parts of the University planned to accommodate. Of course, the gastronomy will not be missing.
