About the Brewery:
The beer at Rudolf is brewed according to a traditional, secret recipe in the Kaltenhausen Brewery on the Bavarian border. The original gravity and alcohol content are tailored to the beer variety and drinking pleasure, promising a natural, beer-like experience. The house Märzen beer is slightly lighter with a full-bodied flavor and a wonderfully firm head. 12.1% original gravity and 4.1% alcohol by volume make it the perfect food accompaniment. The popular Zwickel beer is naturally cloudy and is served fresh from the draft with 5.5% alcohol by volume.
