It's in the valley of Rio Canas surrounded by tick forest and coffee plantations spread all over the surrounding mountains. Coopelados R.L. is the local coffee coop that manages all production in the area. Friendly people at the office will offer you to sample their products and take you to the tour of the facilities (all free). After seeing all the steps of the production you will have opportunity to purchase coffee right out of the roaster. Cannot be any fresher! Price 2$ for 250g bag. As a long distance biker I try to keep weight to the minimum but I couldn't resist. I was riding with 3 bags next 2 weeks.

Road is soooo bad and steep that, after I fell/side slipped few times, I decided to walk bike down the hill and latter up the hill. I think I mentioned that it is in the valley.
We wouldn't be on these trips that something like this will stop us of doing what we love. Explore the World!
