The common name for this type of cultivation areas was formerly simply orchard, in the new federal states until the turn of orchard or grass garden. Billboard explain the meaning of these surfaces. On this orchard meadow access is not permitted.

Importance of orchards are on the one hand, the biodiversity of animals, insects ... which live on such an area. So it should be on certain areas 3,000 animals and more, probably depends on the size / area of the site? Anyway, here too an information board gives hints about animals and plants in this meadow. The access to the area is not allowed, seems to be somehow used privately (paintball activities)
