This tarmac road starts from the outskirts of Žabljak and takes you directly into the heart of the Durmitor National Park! While these might not be the most famous views of the park, they are a must-see in the country!
This area is characterized by black pines, a sequence of limestone and red mountain cliffs, and a deep gorge that stretches 80 km. You'll find a few cabins for rent, cafés, restaurants, and even an emergency bivouac. During the high season, the rangers of the National Park might stop you and ask for the entrance ticket payment (5€). It will be valid for 24 hours.
