Leaving the village of Kučka Korita, you'll head north on a mountain road that crosses the karst plateau of Žijovo (Kučke planine). The riding surface changes from rolling gravel to partially paved, but some sections are characterized by chunkier rocks and might require more effort to get through! However, nature and landscapes make up for all your effort. It's a must-see of the Montenegro mountains!
During spring and early summer, you'll be able to find surface streams and freshwater easily. Summer and autumn are way drier. However, you'll find a public water fountain on the flanks of Mt. Zavala (which means flooded) all year round.
