There are many preserved landmarks on the estate. One of them is a water mill, which has undergone many changes since its foundation.
In the 1950s, the mill was reconstructed and converted into a hydroelectric power station. There was a fire there once, and during the reconstruction, the building was rebuilt. After the power station was closed, there was a store in the mill building for a long time. Now the building is empty.
An interesting fact is that it turned out that there is no single version of whose estate it was. Or maybe both versions are true. Or maybe the place was more capacious and two estates were located nearby.
According to one version, the remains of the estate of the Voronezh provincial engineer V. V. Savostyanov have been preserved in these places: an arboretum, residential and outbuildings, a water mill.
According to another version, this is the former estate of the landowner Bezrukov, but not that one. There was also a manor house in the arboretum and a fountain nearby in one of the alleys, which have not survived to this day.
