On the district Welzheim are the core city Welzheim and 24 other separately located districts (hamlets, farms and houses); the hamlets Aichstrut, Birckachhof (Birkachhof), Breitenfürst, Eberhardsweiler, Eckartsweiler, donkey dumps, Gausmannsweiler, Langenberg, Lettenstich, Obersteinenberg, Schafhof, Seiboldsweiler, Steinbruck, Taubenhof and Vorderhundsberg, the farms Bausche, Neuhof and Obermühle and the (single) houses Aichstruter Sägmühle, Ebnisee, Eierhof, blade mill, running mill and linen pile.

These districts - with the exception of the districts Aichstruter Sägmühle and Obermühle - are led in the main statute of the city Welzheim as districts. The official designation of the districts takes place in the form "Welzheim- ...". In Welzheim, the loggerhead is the choice of place according to Baden-Württemberg municipal code, the 23 districts are therefore divided into four residential districts. The residential district I consists of Welzheim with blade mill and Laufenmühle, residential district II consists of Breitenfürst with Birkachhof and Neuhof, residential district III consists of Bausche, donkey dumps, Langenberg, Lettenstich, Obersteinenberg, Steinbruck, Taubenhof and Vorderhundsberg and residential district IV consists of Aichstrut, Eberhardsweiler, Leinhalde , Schafhof, Eckartsweiler, Gausmannsweiler, Seiboldsweiler, Eierhof and Ebnisee.
